Loid has had sex on multiple occasions and Yor has seduced her targets multiple times. It's not actually new for them

We actually haven't seen or heard mention of Yor seducing her targets as far as kissing or doing anything sexual. At most we have seen her be seductive and teasing with words and appearance. On the contrary, we see Loid be in long relationships with women, and even in this episode it is clear he has done more than kiss just for the sake of a mission. Yor on the other hand doesn't need to stake out targets, the Shopkeeper stakes them out for her and she only need infiltrate and attack on the same night, so as far as physical seduction she would never have to actually do anything, the kill would be performed as soon as melee distance is reached (and she has shown she doesn't even need as much). Heck in a later arc of the manga we even find out if she needs a cover story for infiltration, the shopkeeper will also get that sorted out for her and she doesn't even need to do develop her role, but rather just act through it. So this is very much new for Yor, not so much for Twilight.

Yeah we just saw little yor has a blood on her clothes and that pure smile is so nice she gave that book to Yuri that is so sweet
